Just a couple more things and a 'how-to' summary.

Accessibility

Check out the reusable accessibility statement wrt built-in access features. The style-switcher helps accessibility, btw, although it's also fun to play with. (Credit is due to Mary Fredborg the TXP developer who very kindly cleaned up the php code after I posted it on the TXP forum.)

Article Templates

With beginners in mind I've included some article templates that include common HTML formatting for such as headers, bold or italic text, ordered or unordered lists and paragraphs. Just copy, paste and rearrange the template and substitute your own text. Textile formatting is built into Textpattern but as HTML is the language of the web and is already simple to use, I prefer it. They can co-exist but be careful about having Textile turned on when writing the article and in the Preferences page. If you have other writers for your site you can create your own templates just the way you want them, using the Save New button. (Credit is again due to the Utter Plush Mary for her essential 'Save New' plugin. Where would we be without her!)Putting yes in the 'twocol' custom field produces this layout
